2000 Sorrel AQHA
Mare
SOLD: Thank you Linda of Telkwa BC.
Keep us up to date on Blaze, we would love to see her foal in the
summer.
This mare is not fitting in with our herd and is
starting to loose weight, she needs to find a new home soon, as we can't
seperate her to feed her.
Blaze finally foaled on July 29, 2011 during a nice thunder storm we
had. She will be bred in her foal heat to bring her back earlier
next year. She had a beautiful loud coloured buckskin tobiano
colt. This was a shock as the sire Bandera Tubok, was thought to
be a cremello, he is now testing to see if he is a perlino or smokey
black cremello. For right now "Storm" is not for sale.
Blaze is a sweet mare, she is kind and easy going, very well halter
trained, but not ever started under saddle that we know of. A bit
shy to catch, really it's just that she likes to be approached at the
shoulder rather than her head, (but becoming more of a yard pet now that
she's been the only one up waiting for a foal), but then very mindful and patient on the halter. She also carries excellent speed bloodlines,
she is a granddaughter of Go Coon Go and Ladies Choice. Also ON
her papers are: Go Man Go, Diamond Charge, Pacific Bailey, Lady Good
Bar, and French Sabre, as well as other excellents just off her papers
like Vandy, Good, Top Deck, Blue Rock, Silvertone, Gold Bailey, Classy
Bars, Hard Twist, Twisty Van and more. Her foals will be excellent
barrel/rodeo/speed prospects, they will excel in the rodeo arena.

Blaze with her 2011 Buckskin Tobiano colt, at 1 week old.

Blaze with Storm, just hours after birth.

Blaze in February 2011.

Blaze in the summer and then a hind shot of her at our place in
February.

Blaze was originally bred and raised in Nebraska, and then went on to
Texas to be a broodmare for awhile before coming up here to Canada.
