Our Broodmares

At Colour V we know that it takes a good mare to make a good foal; they count for at least 50% of the genetics. We pick our mares carefully; not only do they need good bloodlines, athleticism, and conformation, but they need to have a good disposition above all to make them easy to work with, as that passes on to the foals too. The other thing we like to have in our mares is colour! Our mares have proven working bloodlines and raise classy, champion foals that can work and show.
